We will be releasing Customer 360 on 19th January 2022.
With the launch of Customer 360, you will be able to see sales, marketing, and support information with a 360° lens on a unified page in the CRM, with a brand new UI. This translates to better, faster customer insights that empower your teams to accelerate revenue growth. You can customize the page to highlight what is important, find the information you want with ease, and take action faster than ever before.

How will Customer 360 look? Where can me and my team learn more about it?
Customer 360 comes with a revamped, more inclusive UI across key screens. The enhanced UI will provide more scope for customization and better data organization. As intuitive and easy to use, as always.

Is Customer 360 an add-on?
It is NOT an add-on. Customer 360 is an in-built capability available across all plans at no extra cost.
